Drilled and equipped 6 boreholes across 4 primary schools in Gulu District, serving 4,200 students. Each school received a solar-powered submersible pump, 10,000L storage tank, distribution tap stands, and gender-separated hand-washing facilities. School water committee training included.

Installed solar-powered borehole pump systems in 5 remote Karamojong villages with no electricity grid access. Each system pumps up to 8,000 litres daily into elevated storage tanks, feeding gravity-flow distribution lines to shared tap stands across each village. Previously, residents walked up to 8km daily for water.

Designed and installed a 80-acre drip irrigation system for a commercial vegetable and flower farm in Mbale, fed by 2 solar-powered boreholes and a 100,000L reservoir. The system reduced water use by 55% compared to flood irrigation and enabled year-round production — increasing farm revenue by an estimated 180%.

Complete water supply system upgrade for a 400-bed regional referral hospital — including 2 deep boreholes, UV water treatment plant, 150,000L storage, solar-backed pumping, and full internal distribution network with clinical-grade water points in wards, theatres, and laboratories.

Designed and constructed a multi-village piped water system serving 6 parishes in peri-urban Lira City — 3 boreholes, solar pump station, 250,000L elevated storage reservoir, and 14km of distribution pipework to 24 community water kiosks. Community-owned and self-financing through affordable water tariffs.

Industrial water supply and wastewater treatment system for 3 manufacturing facilities in Namanve Industrial Park. Includes 4 boreholes, 200,000L/day water treatment plant, industrial-grade distribution network, and effluent treatment system meeting NEMA discharge standards.
